Just Makes You Want to Laugh!

Teagan's Binky recently went away, and it's been a little tough on him! He will cry in his crib at nap time for usually about an hour.(Not a peep when it's bed time, just nap time) I will let him do this, until he gets so upset that he makes himself sick, or falls asleep. The other day, I put him down for his nap, and he started getting hysterical! So I went in to comfort him, so he wouldn't throw up all over everything. When I opened the door to his room the crying immediately stopped, and Teagan proudly held up a sock and said "soot" with the biggest, toothy-ist grin ever. I guess he's learned how to get my attention!!

"COOS"
Teagan got a little book the other day as a pre-Christmas Present. He was so excited!! On the front of the book were "Coos" or Cars. Teagan wouldn't let Travis or I read the book with him. He grabbed that book and went to sit in the corner, turned page after page, making scratchy noises in the back of his throat.(The Vroom sound) After a little while, I went to try to read the book with him, he grabbed that book and went to another corner to read it. It was a long time before Travis and I got to read the book! Now, he carries it around with him, and reads it all the time.

MY LITTLE DISHWASHER!!!
Teagan is my little dish washer! He loves to stand on the chair, or a stool at the kitchen sink and help wash dishes. I'll usually give him a wooden spoon to play with. He will put it in the drying rack, (Covered in soap or not) and if he doesn't think it's clean enough, he'll toss it back into the "Dirty" side of the sink. He sings little songs and dances. It's really cute! And by the time the dishes are done, both of us are sopping wet, and have to change clothes. Does anyone know how to keep him loving the dishes?

Winter Wonderland!!

Provo has been dumped on with snow in the last week, which means Teagan and I haven't been out very much!!! We were both getting cabin fever, so I decided it was time to go play in the snow.


At first, Teagan thought I was really mean to make him go out! His coat is so big, he can hardly move!! So when he's down, he's down!!


After a while, he decided it was pretty cool out in the snow, as long as he was standing on the cleared walk, and didn't have to move!


But he ended up making his first ever snow angel! This started more tears, and so we went back inside. I believe we were out there for only about 15 minutes, and he cried for about 10 of it!

Ahhh, The joys of Snow!!!

Travis and I were having a pretty deep conversation at dinner the other night, and all of a sudden Teagan was laughing, when we looked to see what he was doing...This is what we found!

San Antonio Here We Come!!!!

Travis has accepted a job at USAA in San Antonio!!



USAA is a insurance/banking/financial services company for the armed services and their families. We are so excited!! Travis is set to start work on May 11th. Thank you everyone for all your prayers and support! Thank you Travis for working so hard for us!

What Will They Think of Next...?

Many of you may remember our Dear friend Bubba! (The life size Rhino that has been on our street for the past few Christmases.)



It is with great sorrow that we tell all of you that our Bubba is no longer with us. We fear the worst has come. He has been eaten...



By the Loch Ness Monster! (The image you are seeing is real! It may be a little fuzzy, but we promise, the Loch Ness Monster does in fact exist... on our street. We have not been playing with Photo Shop!)

Yes, at the same house where our friend Bubba once stood, the Loch Ness monster has taken up residence. We will miss the Giant life size Rhino, but are excited to have our new friend!

Christmas is a Time of Miracles!

Christmas has always been one of my favorite times of the year. It's amazing the miracles that happen at this time of year! My goal this month is to see more of the little miracles that happen in our lives. I did this for Christmas a few years ago, on my mission. Christmas seemed to mean more to me that year. The miracles that I find don't have to be big things, maybe just a nice parking spot... or a friendly person that may cross my way. I may not share them all with you, But I will share some of them. This is always a good idea, if your looking for a way to bring Christmas a little closer this year!


Miracle for today: I quite my job almost a month ago, with the hope that I would be able to start working again almost immediately. However there were several large delays. But today, I was able to pick up my new equipment so that I can start working again! This is a huge blessing for us!! I am very grateful for this miracle!!

Hello Everyone!! It's been a while since I posted anything, but you know how I am!!! We had a wonderful trip to Colorado for Thanksgiving! First of all we want to thank everyone who helped us to make the trip! Thanks Mom and Dad for letting us stay with you! Thank you Kulbeth's for allowing us to play at your house! Thanks to all our siblings for being so great and helpful! Of course I didn't take any pictures, even though my wonderful husband and I got a new camera at the "After Thanksgiving sales". But I will post the pictures we have. Thanks again everyone for such a wonderful week!!!
