LONG DAY AT WORK!!

Paradise does end, I had to go back to work on December 28th. I was scheduled to start from home, but someone (the computer tech who is suppose to teach me how to setup my home office) went on Vacation. So here I am up in American Fork, in a far shut off corner away from everyone (Since it will only be my desk for 2.5 days) on New Year's Eve. I have been on the phone today for about 1 hour, And I have been here for 6. So yeah, Dentrix is a jumping busy place this morning!!! The good news is I start fron home on Wednesday afternoon! Yahoo!!! I am excited to work from home, seeing as how I miss my baby terribly!!!

We have a picture on the Wall

We have a picture of Christ on our wall, and Teagan will sit and look at that picture for hours. His eye sight isn't good enough to be able to make out what the picture is, but some times I wonder why he chooses that to look at and not anything else that we have on the walls of our apartment.

I feel I must be honest when I say, It's not what I expected to have you for my son.

I never dreamed it would be so fun!

I didn't know it was possible to get so excited over anything that could be considered a smile!

I never thought I'd sit so long and contemplate your looks, Mommy's nose, Daddy's eyes!

I never expected to be so satisfied with talking to myself for hours at a time, you don't understand, or care! But ad-libbing with you is so much fun!

I always thought I would be more tired staying up with you all night, but I love every minute we spend together at 3:00 am!

I didn't understand how happy I could be to sit and just hold you for hours!

I never expected my heart to skip a beat every time you “coo” or grunt!

I didn't realize how full my life would be with you in it!

I never expected to feel so content whenever you give a little sigh!

I didn't know it was possible to love it so much when you hold onto my finger
with your little hand!

I never expected that so many of the little trivial things in life wouldn't get done, things like dishes and the laundry!

I didn't know that one person could create so much laundry!

I always thought I would mind changing diapers all the time, but I don't mind!

I didn't know I would miss you so much when I took a shower!

I always thought that I would care if you spit up on my shirt, but most of the time I don't even notice!

I never knew that bath time could be so much fun!

I never thought I would worry so much whether someone else had washed their hands!

I didn't expect my heart to break every time you start to cry!

I never thought you would be able to steal my heart as fast as you did!!

I never dreamed I would love to feed you as much as I do!

I never thought of how much joy I would get from a baby boy!

I guess I just never expected for motherhood to be so wonderful!!
