Laundry Day
Teagan loves it when I fold laundry!! He loves to unfold everything that I have folded. I was folding clothes the other day, and Teagan being so dang cute would walk over and give me a hug and then sit down by me and grab the clothes that were neatly folded and unfold them and throw them in a pile across the room. (and he wouldn't bring them back when I asked him). Well, after he had done this about 3 times, I put my arm on the towels (his next target) so that he couldn't pull these away. He thought that this was so funny! He gave me a few kisses on the cheek, but my arm stayed on the towel. So he wandered away and I moved my arm. He turned to look at me and start to giggle and came running at the towels!! I screamed and threw my arm back over the towels to protect their nice folds. Teagan thought this was so funny he fell down before he got back to me, and just laid there and laughed! This happened several times, until all the clothes were folded and put away! What a cute little guy I have!
Chipmunk?
I decided to make some peanut butter cookies last night. I made some of them very small as a treat for Teagan. Well, when he saw Daddy eating something he came to get one himself. So I handed him a little cookie and he disappeared in the living room to play with his toys, I checked on him a few minutes later, and the cookie was gone, (This kid can eat a whole banana in about 3 minutes, so no big deal). About an hour later, Teagan gets up from the cars we are playing with, and runs over to a pot that is in the living room. (No idea where we got these pots, but they are too big for our small house, so they are usually in the shed, but I needed them for the ward Halloween party so they are in the living room right now.) When Teagan turned around, he had the sly-est grin on his face, and something in his mouth. Being the concerned parent, I made him spit it out... It was a piece of his peanut butter cookie. This happened three more times, with him pulling small pieces of cookie for just about everywhere!! He was so proud of himself every time he remembered a piece of his cookie. Makes me wonder how many more cookie pieces there are!?!?!
