My First Camping Trip!!!

Mommy and Daddy took me on my first ever Camping Trip!! It was so fun! Let me tell you all about it! On the Third of July, Daddy got up at 6:00 in the morning and went to reserve a campsite (all the reservable camp sites were taken, so we had to try for a walk-up one!) He got the nicest site! After Mommy got off of work on Thursday, we went up to our campsite. We camped just above Sundance Ski Resort. It was a nice little camp ground Called Mt.Timpanogos Campground! We pitched our tent and had dinner over the camp fire, then Mommy, Daddy and I went to bed. I slept with Mommy and Daddy in their bed for a while, but Mommy got tired of me kicking her in her tummy. So Daddy made me a bed out of blankets and jackets on the floor next to their bed. I slept like a log! We got up early the next morning and I got to eat some of Daddy's Pancakes and then my Aunt Leeann and Uncle Jay showed up! We helped them pitch their tent, and then we went to Cascade springs!



It's this beautiful little spot where a little water fall covers a huge area. It's a natural spring that has tons of wild flowers everywhere. We walked along the board walk and saw all the fish. It was really pretty! Here is my Aunt Leeann and Uncle Jay.





Here is Daddy, Mommy and I. I got a little tired! It was a long walk!


Then we went back to our campground, and Daddy and I took a nap together in the Hammock! Then we decided to figure out why this stream stopped running, so we started following it and came to a trail. We followed it up to some beautiful waterfalls! We don't have the pictures from that yet, but we will soon! I promise we will post them!

I've decided that I love camping, and I think we should go all the time!!!
